  • Sustainable profit (excl. one-offs) of ₽23.3 BN in 2019 (+13% vs. ₽20.6 BN in 2018)
  • Assets grew to ₽1,135 BN as at 31 Dec 2019 (+17% vs. ₽967 BN as at 31 Dec 2018)

  • In 2018 – 2019, the Bank substantially increased its capital buffers due to generated net income, two equity pre-IPO rounds for the total of $200 million from a number of sovereign wealth funds in 2018 and 2019 and two subordinated Eurobonds for $600 M in total: AT2 in Oct 2019 and AT1 in Feb 2020
  • Liquidity cushion of the Bank reached record high level of 42% by 31 Dec 2019
  • Credit ratings were upgraded by 4 credit rating agencies
